Who is hydram builds for? Who can apply the Ruby Pump v1.0?
The power of the water gravity and the water hammer effects in the pump makes the pump operates by itself. The higher the pressure will give a higher results.

Basically, hydram technology is applies to the community that lives in at higher area/location where the water cannot reach for them to use, thus hydram technology is introduce for them to reach out the water. And the time files, the hydram pump is still use around the world, for agriculture, horticulture, livestock community/sectors and for charity. This technology and ram pump is not hurting anything, only benefits to human, environment and economy.
In Brunei, our company found agroprenuer use their water supply from treated water, and this can cost so much bills of water. by using water collected from creek combining with rainwater harvesting can save their water cycle, bill costs and drought.

We also found that farmers usually supply their collecting rainwater harvesting to their storage tank/man-made ponds using heavy diesel/electric water pump. Here, our company offering "PAM NADA PAKAI KARAN/DIESEL" for them to reach water supply for their farming. We also offers guidance to use "pam yg nada pakai karan" ani.
This prototype is success after several attempts and trial, our company solved the problems that occurs. Our Ruby Pump v1.0 managed to lift up the water to 2 metre high (2 storey-house), without any electricity, fuel or even solar.

As a Bruneian and part of an ASEAN and a part of world of the population, the world now faces a climate change. According to BDCCP, the mean temperature in Brunei is increasing at a rate 0.25ËšC per decade. In the next 30 years, Brunei will likely to experience an increase in temperature at a rate of 0.4ËšC per decade. Hence, we come up to design and produce our first sustainable and green pump to combat it and its impact. Moreover, with this small contribution can give bigger impact on tackling climate change in Brunei.
Introducing Our first prototype and core product we named it ‘Ruby Pump Version 1’ (rpv1). Rpv1 is easy to install with no special tools or special skill or heavy machinery are needed to be use. It utilized only basic tool such as wrench. And it has very low-cost maintenance. It is made 30% from brass, 70% from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and recycle material. With the dimension 60.96cm long, 76.2cm height and 2.54cm diameter (1-inch inlet).
Our world celebrating World Water Day every 22nd of March. The World Water Day 2023 campaign this year is 'Be The Change'. The focus of the UN observance is on accelerating change to solve the water and sanitation crisis. This theme encourages people to take action in their own lives to change the way they use, consume and manage water everyday.
Thus, our company would like to participate by encouraging our farmers/gardeners to install our Ruby Pump to collect their clean stormwater runoff/creek then stored together with their own rainwater harvesting storage for their irrigation to their garden/planting areas. As this stated in our 'Green Protocol' on our water usage.

HMY HYDRAULIC CO is a startup partnership of Hydram technology company. Our company is ’The First Hydram Technology’ community, production and manufacture in Brunei. Hydram technology is a forgotten technology which stands for hydraulic ram pump. It is a pump that did not require electricity, fuels or even solar to operates. The pump only utilized the power of natural source of water flowing or falling downhill to pump itself to communities.

From the beginning, HMY HYDRAULIC CO founder & co-founder (siblings) have been driven by the interests of hydram community outside the country such as in UK, America, Indonesia, Thailand. The founder of the company has been thought why this sustainable pump haven't been introduced in our country where it has been so many beneficial solution to our current irrigation issues in agriculture.
Even though this pump is already invented 200 years ago, the founders of Brunei hydram believe it could participate and contribute Brunei's SDGs Agenda 2030 (SDG 7 - SDG 12 - SDG 13) and Brunei's 2035 Vision.

The conventional system of this pump is usually use for agriculture and communities live above the water source. What special of our pump is, it is locally made and designed by our founder and co-founder. It is not bought from other country hydram and modified it in Brunei. It is originally made by Bruneian people and the prototype has been successfully lift up the water to 5 meter high. The prototype were named after their mother's name, where they named it 'Ruby Pump v1.0'.

As they joined from one competition to another, they have improvised its conventional system to 'Ruby Pump Micro-Hydro system' and developed Ruby Pump v1.0 size from 1-inch inlet into 1/2-inch inlet of Ruby Pump v1.0. As their research and product are developing, they found that it has opportunity for aquaculture and hydroponic community as Ruby Pump v1.0 can recycle the water system itself.
